For Clients

What To expect

Prior to admission, you will be given a direct phone number to reach the admissions counselor that you or your family has been in contact with. Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns that you may have before entering our treatment program.

Upon admission, you will meet with an intake counselor to go over some paperwork and address any concerns you may have. With your intake counselor, you will be asked a variety of questions designed to help your treatment team develop an initial, individualized treatment plan.

Your family will be contacted and notified of your arrival, and you can sign consent forms for whom you wish to be involved and updated on your care and progress. An appointment with our psychiatrist will be made for an initial evaluation and assessment for dual diagnosis care.

Once your meeting with an intake counselor is completed, you will be shown to your room to settle in and be given a client handbook. Again, staff will be with you to address any questions or concerns you may have.
